- Submission of this form authorizes the Bhakti Blooms team to begin processing your flower requirements.
- Once your pre-order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation message from Bhakti Blooms.
- Bhakti Blooms makes every effort to source and provide fresh flowers for all pre-orders.
- Jasmine, Mullai and other delicate flowers turn yellow if kept more than 4 days and are not maintained under controlled temperatures. These are perishable products and customers who are planning to use these later days, Bhakti Blooms is not responsible for freshness of flowers and there will be no refund.
- Pooja Coconut - Bhakti Blooms is not responsible for spoiled coconuts as its nature's control and there is no way to check the quality of the coconut. We will try our best to find the best in the lot and therefore, there are no refunds on coconuts once it is sold.
Customs & Regulatory Awareness
- As per USDA regulations, flower shipments are inspected and released on a weekly basis.
- In rare cases where flowers are restricted or destroyed by regulatory authorities, Bhakti Blooms will make every reasonable effort to fulfill orders to the best of our ability.
- In unavoidable situations—such as adverse weather conditions, regulatory delays, or unexpected cargo issues—where pre-orders cannot be fulfilled, Bhakti Blooms will promptly inform customers and provide timely updates.
